StrategicStack LLC is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides marketing automation tools, communication tools (including SMS and email), CRM functionality, and related business services.
Features and availability may change at any time at StrategicStack LLC's discretion.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring information you provide is accurate and up to date
StrategicStack LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
5. SMS & Messaging Terms (A2P / TCPA Compliant)
By opting into StrategicStack LLC messaging services, you consent to receive transactional, informational, and promotional messages related to your use of the Services.
Opt-Out
You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Upon confirmation of STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-opt in.

Carrier Disclaimer
- Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages

- Frequency varies based on usage and account activity
No mobile opt-in data or consent information is shared with third parties.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes
- Violate A2P, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, or data protection laws
- Send spam, phishing, or misleading messages
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
StrategicStack LLC may suspend or terminate access for violations.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

- All payments are non-refundable unless required by law
- Pricing and plans may change with notice
8. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, content, and materials provided by StrategicStack LLC are owned by or licensed to StrategicStack LLC and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.
9. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
StrategicStack LLC makes no guarantees regarding uptime, deliverability, or results.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrategicStack LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
11. Termination
StrategicStack LLC may terminate or suspend access at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
